Work Samples

Just a peek!

Here’s a small sample of current and past clients. I have over 10 years of graphic design, web development, WordPress, and digital marketing experience.

Safe Families for Children

International non-profit Safe Families for Children pairs at-risk families with resources to weather difficult situations. My responsibilities on this website redesign included collaborating with the project’s Designer, coding the front-end, and crafting a complex WordPress Multisite structure so hundreds of chapters can login and update their dedicated section of the website.

Indie City Co-op

Chicago’s coworking space for indie videogame developers needed a hub for all the social activity and game releases happening. This custom designed and developed WordPress website is designed for content updates from their passionate members and to attract new developers to the space.

Britannica Digital Learning

Encyclopædia Britannica conceived of this training tool for existing customers and an informational tool for prospective buyers. As their WordPress Expert, I’ve been tasked with upgrading and enhancing their environment to meet the growing needs of the Marketing and Sales departments in Chicago. Together, we’ve made the website easier to navigate, reduced complexity, and decreased the amount of time it takes to update content.

The Men Who Wear Many Hats

Chicago-based indie video game studio The Men Who Wear Many Hats has a growing collection of titles commercially available on multiple platforms and with a variety of up-sells.

Ska Studios

Long-time indie video game makers Ska Studios were ready for a substantial update to their WordPress blog. We worked together closely to achieve a look that brings their loud, gritty aesthetic into a sophisticated marketing website. I provided info architecture, design, custom theme development, and Elementor integration to achieve a flexible design environment that can grow with future needs.

Chicago Podcast Cooperative

Media network CPC pairs local podcasters with local sponsors to pay and promote their creative work. I was tasked with building out this one-page website from flat designs, and crafting a backend login for their podcasters to upload sound clips as an tool to meet complex administrative needs. The website is powered by WordPress and has undergone several backend revisions as CPC’s needs have changed.
